Kayla & Promise, Walter’s Barn, Lula, Georgia

It is always an honor to be the one chosen to capture a couple’s wedding day, but it is an extra special privilege to be chosen by close friends. I have known Kayla and Promise for a few years – we met at North Georgia (UNG) through the Baptist Collegiate Ministry. Seeing their relationship grow and thrive even through two and a half years of long distance was so encouraging – and seeing them seal the deal on Sunday was an absolute joy. I think I sweated a couple pounds off….and even had to outrun some sprinklers at the end of the day, but it was one of my favorite weddings to date! Cheers to Mr. & Mrs. Armstrong!

Also, huge shout out to Allison, Sherri and the entire team at the Walter’s Barn/Soirees Southern Events. I absolutely loved the summer berry color scheme…..and that floral arch? Stunning. Everything about this day was so so beautiful! Scroll to the bottom for the rest of the awesome vendors!
